After a successful first project building a single home 35 years ago, Rossington Homes LTD has gone from strength to strength gaining a vast amount of experience in residential property development. Our projects include the 8-figure transformation of the Leeds Royal Mail house into 362 flats, now known as West Point, an impressive tower block conceived as a landmark building in the skyline of Leeds. WEST POINT
Previously known as the Royal Mail House in Leeds, this impressive development of 362 flats was completed in 2006. With the option of a studio flat or 1, 2 and 3-bedrooms, West Point is the perfect location for young professionals wanting to be close to the buzz of the city and a 10 minute walk from the train station and LGI/dental hospitals. With an impressive selection of vibrant bars and restaurants right beneath it, two supermarkets and several nearby gyms, West Point really is a prime location.

CASA DA VINA
'Casa Da Vina' was a unique project transforming a derelict mansion uninhabited for many years, to a spectacular family holiday home finished to an exceptionally high specification. The villa is situated on the outskirts of Quinta do Lago, one of the Algarve's most affluent communities. Complete with a waterfall, steam room, putting green, fire-pit and 6 ensuite bedrooms, it was essential that this striking residence reflected the calibre of clients in the area.

For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.

One of our recent projects located in the picturesque market town of Louth in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. This outstanding development of six exclusive, beautifully designed homes, traditionally built to a high specification was completed summer 2021. This unique development is set back from the high street offering a feeling of seclusion whilst being just a short walk from local amenities. The location also offers easy access to both the historic city of Lincoln & the scenic Lincolnshire coastline.

PANHANDLE SITE
This 1.22 hectare site is currently being considered for 42 affordable homes. The site is located within a predominately residential area, the nearest properties are those fronting Woolley Bridge Road and consist of a mix of detached stone built properties under pitched tiled roofs and terraced properties of various styles. The location is close to employment opportunities in the adjacent Rossington Park.

QUEEN STREET APARTMENTS
We are currently considering developing a derelict garage into 8 luxurious apartments in the centre of Louth. The refurbishment of this listed building will require careful planning and execution.

BLACKSTOPE LANE
Our Blackstope Lane site was previously an industrial warehouse which was not lettable due to various restrictions. Following its demolition, we are currently in the planning stage for 22 houses.

WEST POINT PENTHOUSE
Completed in 2020, this luxury penthouse renovation was undertaken to modernise and upgrade a 2 bed, 3 bathroom apartment, changing one of the bathrooms into a utility room and increasing the storage and practicality of the space. AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE (currently tenanted).
