As a team, we strongly believe in giving back and regularly discuss ways in which we can contribute to society and charity initiatives. Alongside cash donations to charities, we have been involved with countless raffles, charity sports games, coffee mornings, running events and providing prizes for such occasions. As a considerate property development company, we continually strive to reduce our carbon footprint and are looking at further ways to ensure our developments are done as conscientiously and environmentally friendly as possible! We take corporate social responsibility seriously and welcome your suggestions and feedback.
IN 2019 WE SUPPORTED MACMILLIAN CANCER RESEARCH
Our Managing Director ran the New York marathon to raise money for this incredible cause.
WHY MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT?
Affecting most of us one way or another, cancer diagnoses are on the rise. There are more than 350,000 new cancer cases in the UK every year, which is the equivalent of someone receiving that diagnosis every 2 seconds. Macmillan cancer support provides physical, emotional and financial support to those battling cancer, helping every step of the way during an incredibly difficult time. Charities such as Macmillan depend on donations to continue providing the help they do and this year we strongly wanted to support this cause as our key charity of the year. Alongside completing the New York City Marathon, our Managing Director, Oliver, organised a coffee morning, ran a half marathon, completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks and various other activities resulting in him raising a fantastic £2515.32. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped him surpass his goal!
